⚠️ Please note that the Aircall CTI within HubSpot is only compatible with the Google Chrome browser.
After Installing Your HubSpot Integration, users will gain access to the Aircall CTI within HubSpot for calls and messaging. For more information on the CTI and what features are available, please visit: Aircall Workspace - CTI.
Access Aircall'c CTI in HubSpot
- In the top bar of HubSpot, click the phone icon
- Click on Change provider to view a list of all connected call providers
- Select Aircall on this page
- You will be redirected back to the first page. Click Open calling window
- A new window will popup with the Aircall CTI. If you are not logged in yet, simply login to start using Aircall in HubSpot!
Important Notes
- The calling window is where your call connection is maintained, and it must remain open to make, receive, and be on active calls. For more information on this, please visit HubSpot's article: Use a calling app to make and receive calls in HubSpot
- The Aircall for Calling & SMS app is installed when installing your HubSpot integration with Aircall, and can be found in the Connect apps section of your HubSpot settings. If Aircall is unavailable as a calling provider in HubSpot, and is not listed in your connected apps, an Aircall/HubSpot admin will need to reinstall the Aircall-HubSpot integration from the Aircall Dashboard: Installing Your HubSpot Integration
