Customizable Insight Cards in the Aircall–HubSpot integration allow users who have admin rights to tailor the information displayed during calls directly from the integration settings page in the Aircall Dashboard.
Admins can select up to five details to display on each Insight Card, helping teams focus on the most relevant data during customer interactions.
Overview
Insight Cards appear in Aircall when a call is made or received and provide quick access to key HubSpot data related to the contact, company, deal, or ticket.
With customization, admin users can decide which HubSpot attributes are most useful for their teams.
Tip: You can display up to five fields per card or choose fewer if you prefer a simpler layout.
Available Insight Cards
There are four types of Insight Cards available for HubSpot:

| Contact Insight Card | Displays details about the contact being called or calling. If multiple contacts share the same phone number, the most recently updated contact is shown. |
| Company Insight Card | Displays company information if the phone number matches a company’s number field. |
| Deal Insight Card | Shows details from the most recently updated deal associated with the contact. |
| Ticket Insight Card | Displays information from the most recently updated ticket, if tickets are being created for calls. |
Customizing your Insight Cards
To customize Insight Cards:
- Go to Aircall Dashboard > Integrations and select HubSpot.
- In the settings page, navigate to the Insight Cards section.
- Choose up to five attributes to display per Insight Card.
You can customize each type of card independently and turn any card type off if it is not needed.
Turning off a card
If you don’t want to display a certain Insight Card (e.g., Deals or Tickets), select No from the dropdown menu for that card type.
Choosing attributes
For each card, you can select from available HubSpot fields:
- All editable fields
- Visible but non-editable fields
Important: Fields that are not visible in HubSpot (for example, system or reporting-only fields) cannot be selected for Insight Cards.
Custom fields you’ve created in HubSpot are also available for selection.
Default fields when installing the integration
When you first install the HubSpot integration, default values are automatically applied to each card type. Admin users can modify these defaults at any time from the integration settings page.

Adjusting the number of attributes displayed
You can show between 0 and 5 attributes per card. To display fewer attributes:
- Choose your preferred fields starting from Detail 1.
- For the remaining fields, select Nothing.
Note: The “Nothing” option is only available for fields that are not defaults from installation. For example, all five Company card fields are default, so “Nothing” cannot be selected for them.
Limitations
- Some ticket attributes may temporarily appear as null when a ticket is newly created, as the values have not yet been populated (for example, Number of Associated Companies or Number of Times Contacted).
- If multiple deals are linked to a contact, only the most recently updated deal will be displayed on the Deal Insight Card.
By customizing Insight Cards, your team can focus on the most relevant HubSpot information during calls, improving efficiency and the overall customer experience.
