Coming soon, Aircall's Mobile apps are receiving an update. We're bringing the Aircall Workspace experience to mobile so that teams can benefit from a better experience, even when working on their other iOS or Android devices.
The Mobile version of Aircall Workspace is an enhanced version of the existing mobile apps for iOS and Android, designed to complement the desktop app.
What is new?
With the Aircall Workspace for mobile, users will see an updated version of Aircall's mobile apps. The To-Do list and Messages pages are now combined in the new Conversations view. From the Conversations page, users will be able to:
- Filter Conversations to only see the relevant ones:
- For Conversations, users can select - Unread, Open, Assigned to you, Unassigned, Outbound, or Closed
To view only calls, users will be able to access the Call History page as well.
When clicking on a Conversation or Call, users will be brought to the Conversation view - a unified view of calls and texts. Within this view, users will be able to:
- See call/message details by clicking on a Conversation bubble, such as:
- Voicemail recording links and transcripts
- Call recording links and transcripts
- Tags & Notes

Differences between Mobile and Desktop
- No need to download a new app on Mobile. The existing Aircall Mobile app will be updated to the new Aircall Workspace version
- Features unavailable on Mobile:
- Power dialer
- Mandatory tagging
- Ability to change the line in a conversation if SMS is not available
- Design differences on Mobile:
- No Calls view available in the Conversations page. Instead, a Call History page will be available
- The keypad is shown by default when starting a conversation
- Adapted for smaller screens
