The Integrations & API section of the Aircall Dashboard brings all integration management tools together in a single, streamlined page. This view helps Admins install new integrations, manage existing ones, browse curated collections, and access API keys from one central location.

This article explains the structure of the page and what you can do in each section.

My integrations

The My integrations section displays all integrations currently installed on your Aircall account.

You can:

  • View both Active and Inactive integrations using the filters at the top of the section.
  • See up to six integrations at a glance, sorted alphabetically.
  • Click View all my integrations to see the full list when more than six are installed.
  • Integration status (Active or Inactive)

Note: If no integrations are installed, the section will display a message letting you know to add your first integration.

Each integration tile includes:

  • Integration name
  • Category (for example: CRM, Help Desk, Collaboration)
  • Number of connected phone numbers
  • Integration status (Active or Inactive)
Note: If an update to an installed integration is available, an indicator appears in the sidebar and the updated version details are shown directly on the integration tile.

Collections

The Collections section groups integrations into curated categories maintained by Aircall. This helps you discover integrations based on relevance or popularity.

You will see up to three collections on the main page. If more exist, select View all collections to browse the full list.

Each collection card shows:

  • A brief description
  • Icons of up to three integrations in the collection
  • A +X more indicator when additional integrations are available

Selecting a collection opens a dedicated page showing all integrations included in it.

All integrations

The All integrations section replaces the former Discover integrations tab. It lists every integration available for installation, in alphabetical order.

Each integration tile includes:

  • The integration name
  • The category
  • A short description

Selecting a tile opens detailed information along with an installation button.

Search and filtering

Text search and category filtering are available at the top of the page. You can:

  • Search for integrations by name
  • Filter by category (such as CRM, Collaboration, Messaging, Help Desk, and others)

These tools apply to My integrations and All integrations, including on the dedicated “all integrations” list when you have more than six installed.

If no results match your search or filters, a message appears and you can reset using Clear all.

API Keys

The former API Keys tab has been replaced by a button in the upper right corner of the Integrations & API page.

Selecting API Keys opens a dedicated page where you can:

  • View existing keys
  • Delete keys
  • Generate new keys

The layout and functionality on the API Keys page remain unchanged.
