Aircall is updating the Integrations & API page in the Aircall Dashboard to include new features, as well as be more aligned with the rest of the Dashboard experience.
Instead of My integrations, Discover integrations, API keys tabs, the page will now present My integrations, Collections, and All integrations sections in one page, with an API Keys button in the top right.
My integrations
The My integrations tab has been replaced by new My integrations section, which will show all installed integrations. The section has two filters at the top which allows users to view just Active integrations, just Inactive integrations, or both. By default, Active will be selected.
In this section, up to 6 integrations will be displayed in alphabetical order. If more than 6 integrations are currently installed, users can click on View all integrations in the top right corner of the section to be redirected to a new page to view all installed integrations.
If no integrations are installed, a message will be displayed in the section instead.
The tile of each installed integration will display:
- The name of the integration
- The category of the integration (Help Desk, CRM, Productivity, etc.)
- The amount of numbers connected
- The current integration status (Active or Inactive)
My Updates
Instead of banners, any available updates to an integration will now be shown directly within the My integrations page.
Once an update for an integration is available, a dot/badge will be show on side navigation bar to indicate the availability of an update. The My Integrations section will be updated to show available updates, and the integration tile will show info/details about availability of the new version.
Collections
The Collections section is a new section designed to group integrations based on specific qualities such as most installed, top-rated, and new. These integration collections are created and managed by Aircall.
In this section, up to 3 integration categories will be displayed. If more than 3 categories are currently available to view, users can click on View all collections in the top right corner of the section to be redirected to a new page to view all integration collections.
For each collection, a short description along with the icons of the first 3 integrations in the collection (in alphabetical order) will be displayed. If a collection has more than 3 integrations, +X more will be displayed. Users can click on the tile of any collection to view all integrations in it.
All integrations
The Discover integrations tab has been replaced by new section called All integrations, which will list all available integrations in alphabetical order. Users can click on the tile of the integration to view details as well as start installing.
Each integration tiles consists of the following information:
- The name of the integration
- The integration category
- A short description of the integration
API Keys Button
As part of the update, the API keys tab has been removed and replaced by API Keys button in the top right corner of the page that redirects users to their API keys. Once on that page, there is no change in design or functionality, and users can view/delete their current API keys, as well as generate new ones.
Text Search and Category filter
Aircall has added both a text search option and a category filter to the Integrations & API page, available on both the main page and the My integrations page if a user has more then 6 integrations installed.
Customers can use these features to search integrations by name as well as filter the list in the My integrations and All integrations sections.
If no search results are found, a message will be displayed, and users can reset the filter by clicking on the Clear All or Reset all filters buttons.
⚠️ Please note: The search and filter will not work on the Collections section.
