Aircall Workspace features a responsive design that adapts to different window sizes, allowing agents to work efficiently across various screen setups.
When you adjust the app’s size or layout, Aircall remembers your preferences. Upon reload or sign-in, the workspace automatically restores your view size, screen position, and last selected Inbox view.
Important: The desktop application requires a minimum screen resolution of 1280 × 720.
Layout behavior at different sizes
The responsive design dynamically adjusts which panels are displayed as you resize the app.
Full size
At its largest size, Aircall Workspace displays the left sidebar along with up to three columns, allowing users to view the Inbox, Conversation, and Call Context panels simultaneously.
Medium size
When reduced slightly, the workspace displays the sidebar, Inbox, and Conversation panels.
Compact size
At a smaller size, the interface simplifies further to show the sidebar and Conversation panels, or just the Conversation panel.
Widget size
When resized to the smallest possible dimension, Aircall Workspace transforms into a widget-sized view, ideal for minimal desktop space or multitasking.
Windows Snap Assist and Snap Layout support
Aircall Workspace supports Snap Assist (Windows 10) and Snap Layouts (Windows 11).
When you snap the app using either feature, the responsive design automatically adjusts to fit the new layout, ensuring a clean and usable interface at any size.
