Aircall Workspace is designed to help end users navigate customer conversations with greater clarity and confidence. We’ve introduced more room for moving effortlessly between your inbox, conversations, and customer context, all in one place.
- Use fewer clicks to manage multi-channel communications (calls and texts) that are organized around the customer
- Improve team collaboration, so there’s more visibility about who’s doing what and what needs to be done next via the Inbox
- Have better customer conversations that are informed by context provided from integrations and Aircall AI
Using Aircall Workspace
Aircall Workspace will be progressively rolled-out to all customers. At the appropriate time, the users with the Phone app account will be notified about Aircall Workspace availability through an in-app banner.
The current Phone app remains available, but we strongly encourage everyone to join Aircall Workspace as soon as they are notified. Certain rules and processes are changing in Aircall Workspace, and using both apps simultaneously may lead to data inconsistencies.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can access Aircall Workspace via Chrome browser at https://workspace.aircall.io/ or download the desktop application of Aircall Workspace for Mac or Windows.
What features are available?
- Unified view of calls, voicemails, SMS text messages, and status logs
- Conversation and Call views with new categories:
- View conversations by unread, open, assigned to you, unassigned, outbound, closed
- View calls by missed, voicemails, call back, follow up, calls history
- Categories displayed in each view can be managed by the user from the Settings page
- Expanded list of Conversations and Calls
- List sorting by newest or oldest conversations
- Notifications & counters
- Bulk selection for actions including close / reopen / mark as read / unread / add to Power Dialer
