Symptom
When attempting to create a conference call on Aircall's iOS app, the the add/conference call button is missing.
Cause
The conference calling feature is not available for iPhone at this time. As per the documentation: How to Initiate a Conference Call, this feature is not currently supported on the iOS application.
Solution
If this feature is required, users should make calls using the Desktop or Chrome browser versions of the Aircall Phone app.
Additional Information
Please note: the Android version fully supports Call conferencing.
