Setting up the QoS on a Cisco Meraki router is quite simple if you follow these recommended steps. First, we will need to run some bandwidth tests. This will help in setting up the QoS for your Wi-Fi access points, and switches.
We recommend launching these tests outside of your business hours in order to obtain a proper evaluation of your bandwidth.
⚠️ Please note that if you have traffic shaping or firewall rules already set, please deactivate them before launching your tests.

Go to speedtest.net and launch 3 different tests in a row. Once you have done three tests, take into consideration the lowest result you received when setting up your QoS.

Go to your Cisco Meraki dashboard.

For a router, select Security appliance, then Traffic shaping

Click on the details link on the side of the uplink you use for Aircall. Here we use the WAN1 uplink.

Set the bandwidth according to your previous tests.

In Traffic shaping rules, add a new shaping rule :
