When using the Aircall Phone application on a macOS operating system, you may need to ensure that you have set the permissions accordingly so that the software downloads successfully.
In this article, we will walk you through what to do when you come across the following message: 'Aircall' can't open because Apple cannot check it for malicious software' while trying to download the Aircall Phone application on a macOS operating system.
Once you are in the Security & Privacy section, you will need to:
Click on the General tab
Select Open Anyway (see screenshot below)
Once saved, try to download the application again and you should be good to go
