If you are using macOS, you can reload your Aircall Phone by following these steps:
Open the Aircall Phone
Click on the Phone Application in the menu bar at the top of the screen
Select Reload
If you are using Windows, you can reload your Aircall Phone by following these steps:
Open the Aircall Phone
Click on the Notification Area, on the right side of the Windows Taskbar
Right-click on the Aircall Icon in the taskbar to open the menu
Select Reload
