Setting up the Aircall and Zapier integration allows you to automate workflows based on Aircall calls and contacts. The Aircall–Zapier integration is invitation-only, so you must accept the invite before you can use Aircall as a trigger app.
Accessing the Aircall app in Zapier
To access the integration, click here and select Accept Invite & Build a Zap. After accepting, Aircall will appear as an available trigger app in Zapier.
Installing your Zapier integration
Follow the steps below to configure the integration.
Step 1: Create a Zap and select Aircall
Log in to your Zapier account.
Click Create → Zaps.
In 1. Trigger, search for and select Aircall.
Note: If multiple Aircall versions appear, always select the most recent version. The current version is Aircall (1.2.0).
Under Event, choose whether your Zap should trigger on New Call or New Contact.
Open the Test dropdown and copy your webhook URL. You will need it shortly.
Step 2: Install Aircall’s Zapier integration in the Admin Dashboard
Go to Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API from the left sidebar.
Type Zapier in the search bar and select it.
Click Install integration.
Select Authorize.
- Under Select numbers, click Add numbers.
- Choose the Aircall numbers you want to link to Font.
- Click Add numbers in the bottom-right corner to continue. For more information on how to add numbers, please visit our article Assigning your Phone Number to your Integration.
Important: You may skip adding numbers temporarily, but at least one number must be connected for call activity to be sent to Zapier. You can add or remove numbers later in the Dashboard.
Step 3: Add the webhook URL and choose events
Paste your Zapier webhook URL into the Zap webhook URL field.
Select the event types you want Aircall to send to Zapier.
Click Next and finish the setup.
You can now close the Aircall Dashboard.
Step 4: Test and complete your Zap
Return to Zapier and click Trigger to confirm your trigger settings.
Make a test call that meets the criteria you selected.
Wait 30 to 60 seconds, then select Test trigger under the Test section.
Once the test call appears, select it and click Continue.
Finish building your Zap by selecting the app you want to connect to (for example Gmail or Google Sheets) and mapping Aircall fields to the fields of that service.
Your Zapier and Aircall integration is now ready to use.
Note: This integration is not the same as Webhooks by Zapier. If you choose to use Webhooks by Zapier instead, make sure to install the Webhooks integration in the Aircall Dashboard rather than the Zapier integration.
