Setting up your integration with Zapier and Aircall is quick and easy. Let's take a look at getting started.
The Aircall-Zapier integration is not publicly listed, and is invitation-only. Please click here, then click on Accept Invite & Build a Zap, to gain access to the integration. After accepting the invite, you will be able to see Aircall as an available app for triggers in your Zaps.
Installing Your Zapier Integration
-
Log in to your Zapier account and click on Create -> Zaps
-
Click 1. Trigger and search for/select Aircall
⚠️ Please note that if you see multiple Aircall options, make sure to use the most up to date version available. Currently the most up to date version is 1.2.0, and you will want to select the option titled Aircall (1.2.0).
-
Select * Event to be New Call or New Contact depending on if your want to trigger on calls or contacts
- Click on the Test drop down, then copy the and save Your webhook URL for later
-
Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard
-
Select Integrations & API from the left sidebar menu
-
Find and click on Zapier in the Discover integrations section
-
Click on Install integration to start the install flow
-
Click Authorize
-
Under Select numbers click Add numbers
-
Select the numbers you would like to have linked to the Zapier integration, then click Add numbers in the bottom right corner to continue
⚠️ Please note that you may choose to skip this step if needed, but in order for call activity to log in Zapier, at least one number will need to be selected. If you would like to add or remove numbers associated with your integration at any point, you can do so directly in the Aircall Dashboard.
- Paste Your webhook URL into the Zap webhook URL field, and select the events you would like pushed to Zapier
- Click Next
-
Once saved, you can now close out of your Aircall Dashboard. Go back to Zapier and click Trigger to configure the criteria of calls to trigger your Zap
- Click Continue
-
You'll now need to make a test call that meets the criteria you selected when setting up the Webhook. After completing the test call, navigate back to the Test dropdown, and click Test trigger. Please note it may take 30 seconds - 1 minute for the test call to show. Once it does show, please select it and click Continue.
-
From this point, you will finish the setup by selecting the service you are linking your Aircall calls to (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc). You will need to map the appropriate Aircall fields to the fields of the external service you are linking.
Congratulations! Now you've completed the configuration of your Zapier & Aircall Integration. 🎉
⚠️ Please note that this integration is not Webhooks by Zapier. If you should decide to use Webhooks by Zapier instead of the Aircall-Zapier integration, please make sure to install the Webhooks integration in the Aircall Dashboard instead of Zapier.
