Aircall can send automated email notifications to keep you informed about account activity. The notifications you can receive depend on the role assigned to your user (Owner, Admin, Supervisor, or Agent).

Types of email notifications

The table below summarizes which notifications are available for each role.

Note: For IVR numbers, only users who are included in the Call data and access list will receive voicemail email notifications. For more information, please see Enabling Your Number for Call and Data Access.

Managing email notifications in Aircall Workspace app for Desktop or Web

You can manage your own email notification preferences directly from the Aircall Workspace app for desktop or web.

Steps: View and enable email notifications in Aircall Workspace

  1. Open the Aircall Workspace Desktop or Web application.
  2. Click on Settings in the left-side menu.
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Navigate to the Email notifications section 
  5. Use the toggles to turn each email notification on or off as desired.

Changes are saved automatically.

Managing email notifications from the Aircall Dashboard

If you are an Admin or Supervisor, you can configure email notifications for yourself or for other users from the Aircall Dashboard.

Steps: View and enable email notifications from the Dashboard

  1. Go to Aircall Dashboard > Users and Teams > All users
  2. Select the user whose email notifications you want to change.
  3. Click the Notifications tab.
  4. Toggle each email notification on or off according to what you want that user to receive.
