The Notifications section in Aircall Workspace lets you customize email alerts for important events, ensuring you stay informed about key activities without needing to constantly check the app.

Accessing notification settings

Steps:

  1. Open the Aircall Workspace and click on the User icon located in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Notifications.

From here, you can enable or disable email notifications based on your preferences.

Types of notifications available

You can toggle email notifications for the following events:

  • Voicemails: Receive an email whenever a voicemail is left on a number you’re associated with. Each email includes a link to the voicemail recording.

    Note: On IVR numbers, only users added under Call data and access will receive voicemail notifications.
  • Call assignments (coming soon): Get notified when a call is assigned to you by a team member, allowing you to follow up even if the app is closed.
  • Daily follow-up: Receive a daily summary of missed calls and voicemails that haven’t been addressed. Sent daily at 8:00 AM UTC.
  • Webhooks notification: For accounts using Webhooks, receive alerts when a Webhook is deactivated or reactivated by Aircall.
  • Activity summary: Choose to receive a call activity summary on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The report includes inbound, outbound, and total calls, as well as the percentage of missed calls. Emails are sent at 8:00 AM UTC on your selected schedule.

Notification preferences by role

Notification types vary depending on user roles:

Adjusting notifications from the Dashboard

If you are an Owner, Admin, or Supervisor, you can also adjust notification preferences directly from the Aircall Dashboard. You can manage your own settings or configure notifications for other users.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Aircall Dashboard > Users and Teams > Users.
  2. Select the user whose notification settings you want to adjust.
  3. Click Notifications and toggle the settings as needed.
