Creating and editing tags is an easy way to identify and categorize calls. Once created, users can apply these tags to their calls, directly from the Aircall Phone Application.
⚠️ Please note: Tags can only be created and edited by Admins and Supervisors.
⚠️ Tag labels cannot exceed 255 characters.
How to Create and Edit Tags

Log in to the Dashboard

Click on Call settings in the left-hand navigation menu

Select the Tags tab

Click on Add a tag

Label the new tag and select a tag color

Click on Confirm
To edit or delete a tag, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
⚠️ Please note that it is not possible to arrange tags in alphabetical order nor bulk update or import them through the Dashboard.
