This article explains how to clear cookies and cached data in Google Chrome. Removing these files refreshes your browser and often resolves loading or login issues. You can clear all browsing data, automatically remove only Aircall cookies when Chrome closes, or delete Aircall specific cookies for a single site.

Important: Clearing cookies may sign you out of websites. Ensure you know your passwords or have them saved.
Note: After clearing your cache, websites may load more slowly the first time as images and scripts are downloaded again.

Clear all cookies and cache

Follow these steps to remove all cached files and cookies from Chrome.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
  3. Select Delete browsing data.
  4. In the pop up window, check:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  5. Choose a Time range. We recommend All time.
  6. Click Delete data.

Automatically clear Aircall cookies when closing Chrome

If you experience repeated login or loading issues with Aircall, you can set Chrome to remove only Aircall cookies every time the browser closes.

Steps: 

  1. Open Chrome and go to chrome://settings/
  2. Select Privacy and security, then Site settings.
  3. Scroll down and open Additional content settings.
  4. Select On device site data.
  5. Under Always delete site data when you close Chrome, add:
    [*.]aircall.io

This clears only Aircall cookies without affecting other websites.

Clear only Aircall specific cookies

Clear cookies for a single Aircall page, such as the Web app (phone.aircall.io) or Aircall Dashboard (dashboard.aircall.io). This is helpful if you want to refresh Aircall data without clearing your entire browsing history.

Steps:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Navigate to the Aircall webpage you want to refresh.
  3. Click the lock icon or info icon next to the URL.
  4. Select Cookies and site data.
  5. Click Manage on site device data.
  6. Click the trash bin icon next to any Aircall related URLs (for example: aircall.io, phone.aircall.io, dashboard.aircall.io).
  7. Click Done, then reload the page.
Tip: If issues continue after clearing your cache and cookies, try the following steps:

1. Restart Chrome.
2. Update Chrome to the latest version.
3. Test using Incognito mode.
4. Restart your computer.
