AI Actions for Attio, Calendly, Front, and Help Scout connect your AI Voice Agent to each tool through the tool's MCP server. Aircall doesn't host or control that server, so the availability, permissions, and behavior of these actions depend partly on the tool provider.
Use this guide if an action returns an error, returns nothing, or no longer appears.
Common issues
| What you see | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The action returns an authentication or "unauthorized" error | Your connection to the app may have expired or been revoked | Reconnect your account in the integration settings pages available in Aircall Dashboard > Integrations > Apps. If the error continues, contact Aircall Support. |
| The action times out or returns nothing | The app provider's MCP server or API may be having problems | Check the provider's public status page. If the provider reports an outage, it has to be resolved on their side |
| The action worked before and suddenly stopped | A change on the provider's side, such as an MCP update or an action that was renamed or removed, or a broken connection on Aircall's side | Contact Aircall Support |

Include as much of the following as you can, so Support can act without back and forth:
- The tool and the name of the action that fails.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The exact error text, or a screenshot.
- When it first happened, with the date, time, and timezone.
- The steps that trigger the issue.
- What you've already checked.
