This article explains how to collect Call IDs, also known as Call Universal Unique Identifiers (Call UUIDs). These are unique identifiers associated with each call in Aircall. Sharing them with the Aircall Support team helps isolate issues quickly and improves troubleshooting efficiency.
Important: Call UUIDs expire after 7 days. Always collect and share UUIDs as soon as possible after experiencing an issue.
Which method applies to you?
| Your situation | Method to use |
|---|---|
| You use Aircall Workspace (desktop or web) | Method 1: Aircall Workspace |
| You are an Admin or Supervisor with Dashboard access | Method 2: Aircall Dashboard - single UUID |
| Method 3: Export multiple call UUIDs from Call History |
Method 1: Aircall Workspace
This method works for any user with access to Aircall Workspace, regardless of role.
To collect call ID examples using Aircall Workspace:
Steps:
- Navigate to the Call Details of the necessary call.
- In the Call Details, click Copy call ID.
Note: For more information about the Call details view in Aircall Workspace, including AI insights, recordings, tags, and notes, see Aircall Workspace: Call details.
Method 2: Aircall Dashboard - single UUID (Admins and Supervisors)
Step 1: Log in to the Aircall Dashboard
Log in using your Aircall credentials.
If you do not have Dashboard access because you are an Agent user, check the instructions on how to collect Call IDs from the Aircall Workspace mobile app in our article Collecting Call Examples (UUID/ID).
Step 2: Go to Analytics, then Call history
After logging in successfully, navigate to the Analytics > Call history section of the dashboard using the left-hand side navigation.
Tip: Use dashboard filters to narrow the results to the calls you need.
Step 3: Locate a Call ID directly in the table
Use the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the table to move across the columns until you find the Call ID column. The Call ID for each call appears there.
Method 3: Aircall Dashboard - export multiple UUIDs (Admins and Supervisors)
If you need several Call IDs:
- Apply filters in Call history to display the relevant calls.
- Select the Export button in the upper-right corner.
- In a few seconds it will be downloaded as a CSV file.
This CSV file contains the Call IDs and can be shared with Support for further investigation.
Note: For a full overview of Call History in the Aircall Dashboard, including filters, exports, and call details, see Collecting Call Examples from the Dashboard.
