The Call details view in Aircall Workspace allows users to see complete information about a specific call. This includes AI insights, manually entered notes, tags, and recordings, all within the conversation thread.
Viewing call details
Steps:
- Open a conversation in Aircall Workspace.
- Click on a call bubble within the conversation to expand the call details.

The expanded view displays:
- Action items generated by AI or added manually.
- AI insights such as customer mood, key topics, and call summary.
- Voicemail recording and transcript.
- Tags and notes from the call.
Note: Only users with an assigned AI Assist add-on can view insights such as Action items, Customer mood, Call summary, and Key topics.
Viewing previous call insights
From the expanded call bubble, click the Show call details icon (top-right) to open the detailed call view. This view includes:
- Recording player and transcript (if the user has access to recordings).
- AI insights and action items.
- Call tags, notes, and voicemail information.
- The option to copy the call ID to share with Aircall Support for troubleshooting.
Collecting Call Examples (UUID/ID)
To collect call ID examples using Aircall Workspace:
- Navigate to the Call Details of the necessary call.
- In the Call Details, click Copy call ID.
