New features

Integrations (Slack and Segment)

  • New version of User events and APIs (V2): A new version of User Webhook events and APIs is now available. This version no longer includes the number object. Slack and Segment integrations have been updated to support these new user event versions. 
    • This change removes the dependency on the number object in user events and reduces the number of errors received from Segment due to payload size limitations.

Aircall Dashboard

  • Invoice usage CSV export (Call Detail Records): Admins with the Owner role can now download a detailed invoice usage CSV (Call Detail Record) for recent invoices directly from Dashboard → Company → Invoices (Billing tab).
    • This CSV is the official usage report that matches the invoice and includes all metered usage for the invoice period, including calls, external transfers, AI Voice Agent, messaging, WhatsApp, and more. Only this CSV should be used to reconcile invoices. Other dashboard reports, such as Analytics+, calculate usage differently and will not match billing data.
    • The CSV contains usage information such as durations, segments, countries, and descriptions, but does not include price per call or per message. Pricing depends on bundles, discounts, and fair-usage rules, so a final price per row cannot be reliably displayed.

Aircall Workspace

  • Recent tags: A new section helps speed up tag identification and selection with suggestions based on user activity. Aircall Workspace: Call recent tags
  • Selected item highlight: The selected inbox item is now highlighted in the conversation thread for easier navigation.
  • Ringing call window behavior: Only one ringing window is shown when a call rings, whether or not the app is in focus.
  • Status updates when laptop is locked: User status now updates correctly when the laptop screen is locked, preventing users from appearing as available in Analytics+.
  • Unread conversations handling: Unread conversations are now correctly cleared when checked and when switching between menu sections.
  • Call hang-up reliability: Calls can now be hung up reliably, with the hang-up button appearing as expected.
  • UI consistency: Improvements to call details view, text, colors, and menu items.

Deprecation

Bullhorn and Front

  • Bullhorn V3 deprecation has been revised from 15th January to 2nd February. A final communication will be sent on V3 on 15th January to move to V4. After this, no further communication will be sent before the deprecation date.
  • Front V2 deprecation has been revised from 15th January to 16th February. A follow-up communication will be sent on 15th January, with a final communication sent 7 to 15 days before the deprecation date.
