Stats — New Call History
In addition to UI updates, the Call History experience has been enhanced with improvements to export, filtering, and timezone handling.
- Export updates: Export format is now CSV only. The export file has been cleaned with redundant columns removed. This may impact customer automations based on the CSV export. Please review the mapping file for details on export changes.
- Simplified team filtering: Only one Teams filter is now available.
- Routing logic configuration: The distinction between calls routed to a team versus users belonging to a team is now handled through a settings parameter, instead of two separate filters.
- Timezone default: The default timezone is now the user’s timezone rather than UTC.

AI Voice Agent filtering: Filtering is simplified and centralized under Call Type.
- Pure AI VA can be filtered using Inbound fully handled by AI Voice Agent.
- Calls with AI VA involvement during the call journey can be filtered using Calls with AI Voice Agent.

- Voicemail playback: Voicemail messages now play in full and no longer stop after approximately 10 seconds.

Tag-based triggers apply scorecards automatically and re-evaluate rules whenever tags change (even after the call ends). -
Public API for Custom Summaries

Deprecations

monday.com — Deprecation of v1 integration
With the new version released in August, v1 is planned for deprecation on January 31, 2026. Action required: install the new version and uninstall v1 (no migration path). If not upgraded, customers will only be able to view existing installs once v1 is deprecated.

- Last inbox visited view: App retains your last visited view (Calls, Messages, or Conversations) across sessions, including after reloads or logouts.
- Floating window setting: New setting in Call settings to handle in-call actions via a floating window by default.

AIVA — Configurable fallback transfer
Transfer to a human agent is fully configurable with friction levels to decide immediate transfer vs. continued probing. Rolled out to all AIVA users.
