Insight cards
Insight cards display key contact or lead information within monday.com.

Custom insight cards can display up to two additional contact or lead fields.
- Configuration is managed via the Contact/Lead feature settings.
Call logging
Call details are automatically logged in the Aircall Calls board. This feature is enabled by default and can be turned off in the integration settings.
Logged details include:
- Item: Contact name
- Call ID: Unique call identifier
- External phone number: Caller or recipient’s number
- Outcome: Inbound Answered, Missed, Voicemail, Outbound Answered, or Unanswered
- Call direction: Inbound or Outbound
- Aircall number name & digits: Name and number used
- Aircall agent name & email: Agent handling the call
- Notes & tags: Added during the call
- Started at / Ended at / Answered at: Timestamps for each stage of the call
- Recording/voicemail link: Audio link
- Assigned to: Assigned agent
Note: The “Item” column (contact name) can be renamed using monday.com’s Board Item Terminology settings.
Message logging (SMS & WhatsApp)
Message logs are stored in the Aircall Messages board. Logging is disabled by default and can be enabled in the integration settings.
Logged message details:
- Item: Contact name
- Created at: Timestamp
- Channel: SMS or WhatsApp
- Message text: Message content
- External phone number: Sender or recipient number
- Message direction: Sent or received
- Aircall number name & digits: Aircall number used
- Aircall agent name & email: Agent identity
- Multimedia files: WhatsApp media appear in the Updates section of the contact or call record
AI logging (call transcriptions and AI Insights)
When call logging is enabled, you can also log AI-generated transcriptions and AI Insights (summaries, key topics, action items, and sentiments). These appear in the Updates section of the contact record and include the Call ID.
This feature is disabled by default and can be toggled in the transcription logging settings.
Timeline events
You can log call and message events as Timeline items in a contact or lead board. This feature is disabled by default.
Logged timeline events appear in:

Requirements:
- Use the monday.com CRM product or create a contact board using the Contacts template:

AI transcriptions and summaries can also be included in Timeline events and are managed through the same transcription logging settings.
Contact creation
New contacts can be created automatically in monday.com when calls or messages are sent or received.
- Disabled by default
- New contacts are added as “Aircall new contact” with their phone number
- Managed via the Contact/Lead feature settings
Contact sync
Contact details can be synced from monday.com to Aircall.
- If enabled, contact names and numbers from the selected board are synced to the Aircall Phone System
- Updates to contact details in monday.com automatically reflect in Aircall
Important: Contact sync is triggered by a call event. Each number must be called (inbound or outbound) for its details in monday.com to appear in Aircall.

Automation rules with Aircall tags
You can create automation rules in monday.com boards based on Aircall call tags. These automations can update the value of Status or Dropdown columns.
- One or more rules can be applied per board.
SMS automation
You can create SMS Automation rules to send SMS messages based on specific triggers or events in monday.com. For more details, refer to SMS Automation in monday.com V2 integration.
Uninstall flow
If the Aircall V2 App is removed from your monday.com account, all related integrations in the Aircall Dashboard are deactivated.
- A message will appear in the General and Settings pages of the integration.
- Reinstallation and reauthorization via monday.com are required to restore functionality.
Connecting boards
