If for any reason you find yourself in the need to remove your existing Sakari integration with Aircall, please follow these steps to ensure it is properly removed:

  • In order to remove the Sakari integration with Aircall please first disconnect Aircall from within Sakari by clicking on Integrations in your Main Sakari screen
  • Click on Aircall
  • In the next screen click the elipsis button  located on the right side of the screen and select Disconnect.

 

 

  • Once this is done, you will be taken back to the Integrations screen, click the Go to Marketplace button to confirm the integration is no longer installed.
