For the purpose of antivirus whitelisting, and to identify the local installation directories for Windows 10 and 11, the following details apply to the Aircall Workspace application.

EXE installation

App installation folders

When installing via the .exe:

The application installation folders (including the .exe) are located in:

  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\AircallWorkspace (from version 1.9.1 and later)
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Aircall-Workspace (on older versions)

User data folders

The user data folders are located in:

  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aircall Workspace
    • With space, from version 1.9.1 and later
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\AircallWorkspace
    • Without space, version 1.8.1
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\@aircall\aw-desktop
    • Versions 1.7.14 and older

Microsoft Store installation

If you are using the Microsoft Store, the directory path may vary based on your individual selection. Typically, the files are located within the WindowsApps directory.

MSI installation

For the .msi install method, there are also files located in:

  • C:\Program Files\AircallWorkspace (from version 1.9.1 and later)
  • C:\Program Files\Aircall-Workspace (on older versions)
