Setting your business display name

During the initial setup of WhatsApp in Aircall for a specific number, you will be prompted to enter your WhatsApp Business display name. This is the name customers will see when they message your business and view your WhatsApp Business profile.

Each of your numbers can have a unique display name, which is useful for differentiating between departments, regions, or services.

Important: Your display name must comply with Meta’s Display Name Guidelines.
Tip: Consider using descriptive names (for example, “Aircall Support” or “Aircall Sales”) to make it clear to customers who they are contacting.

Setting your profile photo

You can also assign a unique profile photo to each of your WhatsApp numbers. This helps maintain consistent visual branding across your customer communication channels.

This configuration is managed through WhatsApp Manager, not the Aircall Dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Open WhatsApp Manager.
  2. Go to the Phone Numbers section.
  3. Select the number you want to update.
  4. In the Profile photo section, click Choose file.
  5. Upload your desired logo or image.
Tip: Use high-quality, square images that clearly represent your brand.
