Access Windows notification settings

Follow the steps below to open notification settings on your Windows device.

Steps:

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to System.
  4. Click Notifications.

Enable global notifications

At the top of the Notifications settings page, make sure global notifications are enabled.

  • Toggle Notifications on.
Important: If global notifications are disabled, notifications from individual apps, including Aircall, will not appear.

Locate Aircall and Chrome in the app list

Scroll down to Notifications from apps and other senders.
