Reloading Aircall Workspace can help resolve minor performance issues or refresh your app to apply updates.

Reload Aircall Workspace on macOS

Steps:

  1. Open Aircall Workspace.

  2. In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click Aircall Workspace.

  3. Select Reload from the dropdown menu.

Reload Aircall Workspace on Windows

Steps:

  1. Open Aircall Workspace.

  2. Click the Notification Area on the right-hand side of the Windows taskbar.

  3. Right-click the Aircall Workspace icon in the taskbar to open the menu.

  4. Select Reload.

Tip: Reloading the app does not log you out or affect your active settings. It simply refreshes the Workspace to ensure smooth operation.
