You can check which version of the Aircall Workspace desktop application is installed directly from your computer. The steps vary slightly depending on whether you are using Windows or macOS.

Check the version on Windows

Follow these steps to view the current version of Aircall Workspace on Windows:

Steps:

  1. Ensure Aircall Workspace is open on your device.

  2. Click the caret (^) icon in the system tray, located in the lower right corner of the Windows taskbar.

  3. Right click the Aircall Workspace icon.

  4. View the current application version displayed at the top of the menu that appears.

Check the version on macOS

Follow these steps to view the current version of Aircall Workspace on macOS:

Steps:

  1. Ensure Aircall Workspace is open on your device and is the active application.

  2. Click Aircall Workspace in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  3. Select About.

  4. A pop up window will appear displaying the current version of the application.

Note: You must have Aircall Workspace open and active for the version information to be visible.
