A user can have multiple active Aircall phone login sessions across various platforms such as the web app, mobile app, and CTI, potentially leading to multiple "user_opened" events. In some scenarios, a user may have more than one device in use concurrently as well, which would result in further open events.
 
It is necessary to note that simply signing out does not automatically set the user's status to Unavailable. The user must explicitly change their status to Unavailable for the "user_closed" event to trigger.
