There can be reasons for which you want to block and not receive SMS/text messages from a number.

 

Via the Aircall dashboard, you have the option to block calls from a number but not an SMS. Hence, you would need to reach out to Aircall Support for this with the below details:

1) The number that you want to block from incoming SMS

2) Share the Aircall number to which the SMS should not be received

 

The Support Team will handle your request and let you know when it's done.
