Use the Audio settings in Aircall Workspace to customize your sound experience, including notifications, microphone, and speaker preferences.
How to access audio settings
Steps:
- Open the Aircall Workspace and click on the User icon located in the bottom-left corner.

Go to Settings > Audio Settings.
Available account settings
Sound notifications
- Select ringtone: Choose your preferred ringtone for incoming calls.
- Ring everywhere: Enable this option to ring notifications on both your headset and your computer.
Input (microphone) settings
Basic setup
- Select device: Choose the microphone you want to use from the dropdown menu.
- Test microphone: Click Test Microphone to verify sound levels.
- Automatic levels: Enable to allow Aircall to automatically adjust microphone volume for optimal clarity.
- Advanced sound processing: Enable to enhance audio quality and reduce background noise.

Remote controls: Enable if you are using a compatible headset to manage calls (pick up, hang up, or mute) directly from the headset.
Note: A message will appear if remote controls are not supported by your device.

Output (speakers) settings
- Select device: Choose your preferred speaker output from the dropdown menu.
- Test speakers: Click Test Speakers to confirm that sound is working correctly.
Tips
- Ensure your selected microphone and speakers are properly connected to avoid audio issues.
- For best results, keep Automatic Levels and Advanced Sound Processing enabled, especially in environments with background noise.
