In Aircall Workspace, you can easily view and contact your teammates. This section provides an overview of how to access the teammate list, understand availability indicators, and use the quick call feature.
Viewing the teammate list
Steps:
- Go to the Contacts section (the third button on the left-hand side)
- Select Teammates to see a list of teammates in alphabetical order.
The teammate list displays the following information:
- Teammate’s first and last name
- Email address
- Extension number
- Current status
Checking teammate details
Click on a teammate’s name to open their details view. You will see the same information as in the list, along with additional context about their availability.
Understanding availability indicators
Each teammate’s profile icon is accompanied by a color dot representing their status:
- Green dot: Available
- Red dot: Unavailable
- Black dot: Disconnected from Aircall Workspace
If a teammate is Unavailable, their sub-status reason (for example, “On break” or “In a meeting”) will also appear.
Note: Admin users on the Professional plan can also check agent availability from the Live Monitoring section.
Calling teammates from the Workspace
You can quickly call teammates directly from the list or their details view.
Steps:
- Locate the teammate you want to contact.
- Click the Call teammate button to dial them instantly.
