In Aircall Workspace, the Account settings section allows you to manage your personal profile, language, timezone, availability, team assignments, and emergency address details.

Accessing account settings

Steps:

  1. Open the Aircall Workspace and click on the User icon located in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.

Profile

In the Profile section, you can manage your personal details.

You can edit:

  • Profile photo
  • First name
  • Last name

You can view:

  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Extension number

You can also reset your password directly from this page.

Language and timezone

The Language and Timezone drop-down menus let you personalize your Aircall Workspace experience:

  • Choose your preferred language for the app interface.
  • Set your timezone, which determines how features like availability slots are applied.

Availability

In the Availability Slots section, you can define your working hours by creating custom time slots for different days. These slots automatically activate the Scheduled status, switching your availability between Available and Unavailable based on the defined schedule.

Note: Availability slots automatically update your personal availability status but do not affect the opening or closing hours of any phone line.

Teams and numbers

The Teams and Numbers section displays the teams and phone numbers assigned to you.

In the Numbers section, you can:

  • View all numbers associated with your account.
  • Select a default number by clicking the star icon next to it.
Note: You can also select or change your default number in the Start a conversation view by clicking the star icon next to any number in the Select Line dropdown list.

Emergency address

If you are based in the United States or Canada, you can set or update your emergency address in this section.
