The ringtone, heard by agents when receiving a call, can be modified directly in the Aircall application:

  • Click your initials/user image in the top left of the application

  • Go to Preferences

  • After selecting Sounds, you will see an option to change the ringtone

⚠️ Please note that currently you can not add customized ringtones.
