As Aircall operates as a VoIP service, agents can use it anywhere in the world as long as they have a reliable internet connection. Restrictions do not apply when using the Aircall App abroad.
However, the are some recommendations to keep in mind:
- Make sure that you have access to reliable internet when using Aircall abroad (visit Aircall's network requirements and recommendations for more information)
- Update the roaming settings on your Aircall app. To perform this, please follow these instructions:
- Go to your Aircall app
- Click on Preferences > Quality
- Roaming > Select the closest region rather than Dynamic
