Generate the API ID and API token in Aircall
Follow these steps to create the API credentials required for Fivetran.
Steps:
- Go to Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
- Open the API keys tab
- Click Generate an API key
- In the pop up window, locate your API ID and API Token, and store them securely
Important: Make sure to keep your API Token confidential. Do not share it publicly or store it in unsecured locations.
Complete the setup in Fivetran
After generating your Aircall API credentials, finish the configuration in Fivetran.
Steps:
- In the Fivetran connector setup form, enter your preferred Destination schema name.
- Enter the API Key and API ID created in the previous section.
- Select Save & Test. Fivetran will validate the connection and begin syncing data from your Aircall account.
