Aircall users can now effortlessly check the compliance and registration status of their phone numbers using an endpoint, ensuring that their communications adhere to A2P10DLC and toll-free regulations.

Integration with HubSpot Help Desk (Beta)

Help Desk is a new way of viewing HubSpot tickets and interacting with customers in a ticket thread that allows the agent to use several channels and see all the communications logged to that thread. This integration allows users to choose Aircall as the voice provider within Help Desk.

Call summary and key topics logging in Salesforce integration

For users leveraging the AI Add-On and any of our Salesforce integrations, it will be possible for them so see call summary and key topics being logged in Salesforce after a call.

In the standard Salesforce integration, we are logging these insights in a new object called “Aircall AI” with a field for call summary and another one for key topics.

In the Sales Engagement integration, we will be logging the AI insights in 2 new fields in the Aircall Voice Object.

User Status History+

We are rolling out a new User Activity+ dashboard to Analytics+ users.

Users will be able to easily export the full history of their users' status history for further analysis in their own workforce management tools, CRMs, or other external tool. This allows them to more easily identify opportunities for improvement and ensure users’ activity aligns with their schedule.
