Symptoms
- You are currently using an Aircall trial.
- Outbound calls to valid phone numbers fail.
- No outbound calls can be completed.
- Every attempted call results in the message: “this number is unreachable.”
Cause
This message plays when a trial customer has reached the end of the Aircall trial period. Trials include a limited calling allowance designed to help new users evaluate Aircall, explore key features, and confirm whether the product fits their needs. Once the trial limit is reached, outbound calling is disabled.
Solution
To continue making outbound calls purchase an Aircall subscription, or contact our Sales team for assistance with upgrading your account.
Once your account is upgraded, outbound calling will resume normally.
