To contact Aircall Support team, users must have an Aircall account with one of the following roles: Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor.
If your only role is Agent, you will not have access to Support. You will need to reach out to an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor within your company for assistance. If you have the Agent role in addition to one of these other roles, you will be able to contact Aircall Support team directly using our Help Centre.

I’m an Agent without an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor role and I need help
If you are an Agent and require assistance, please reach out to a user in your company with an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor role. They can contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request through the Support Portal and adding you in CC. You can find detailed instructions in Using Aircall's support portal.

I am locked out of my Aircall account and cannot sign in
If you are unable to access your Aircall account, you have two options to get assistance. You can ask an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor within your organization to contact Aircall Support on your behalf. Alternatively, you can submit a request directly using the Unauthenticated Support Request form.
Note: The Unauthenticated Support request form is only for account access or sign-in issues.
I am an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor and would like to include an Agent on a Support ticket
If you hold an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor role, you can CC additional contributors - such as Agents - when submitting a new ticket or replying to an existing one. This allows others to follow the conversation while you maintain responsibility and visibility for the ticket.
I don’t have an Aircall account but need assistance with billing
If you do not have an Aircall account and require billing assistance, please ask an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor in your organization to contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request through the Support Portal and adding you in CC. You can find detailed instructions in Using Aircall's support portal. This allows you to participate in the billing discussion without needing your own Aircall user account.
