The noise cancellation feature removes background noises from the Aircall user’s microphone.
How to activate it:
- Open your Aircall phone app and go to Settings, then Preferences, then Sounds
- Toggle on Noise Cancellation under Input
⚠️ Please note that this feature is only available starting from the 2.32.0 version of Aircall’s Desktop Application. It is not available on web, CTI, or mobile (iOS or Android).
