The Aircall API allows you to connect your Aircall account with other applications such as CRMs, databases, or internal tools. You can use it to retrieve call data, automate user provisioning, or manage your Aircall contacts through custom scripts.

To access the API securely, Aircall uses API Keys for authentication. Some third-party integrations may also require you to provide an Aircall API key.

Generate an API key from the Aircall Dashboard

Steps:

  1. Log in to Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
  2. Select API Keys

  1. Click Generate an API key (a popup window will appear).

  1. Enter a key name and copy the API ID and API Key.

  1. Make sure to save both values in a secure place.
  2. Click Confirm to finalize.
Important: Keep your API key confidential. Anyone with access to this key can make requests to your Aircall account on your behalf.
