Overview
The Aircall Workspace web application and the Aircall Dashboard require cookies to function properly. If cookies are blocked in your browser, these applications cannot load and will display an error message.
Symptom
When attempting to open the Aircall Workspace web application, you see the following error message: “No cookies for us”.
When attempting to open the Aircall Dashboard, you see the following error message: "An error occurred. Please try again later".
This indicates that cookies are blocked in your browser, preventing the application from being used.
Root cause
Important: The Aircall web applications cannot be used if cookies are blocked. All cookies must be allowed, there is no option to allow only specific cookies.
If cookies are disabled or blocked at the browser level, Aircall cannot authenticate sessions or load required functionality.
How to check if cookies are blocked
Steps:
Click the padlock icon located on the left side of the browser address bar.
Select Cookies.
Open the Blocked tab.
Review whether cookies are listed as blocked.
Note: If any Aircall-related cookies appear under the Blocked tab, the application will not work correctly.
Solution
Allow all blocked cookies and reload the application.
Steps:
Click the padlock icon located on the left side of the browser address bar.
Select Cookies.
Click the Blocked tab.
Select all blocked cookies.
Click Allow.
Click Done.
Reload the Aircall Phone web application or the Aircall Dashboard.
Tip: After allowing cookies, a full page refresh is required for the changes to take effect.
Once cookies are enabled, the Aircall web applications should load and function normally.
