With a few quick clicks, you can take advantage of the bulk action feature in the Aircall Phone.

How to use the bulk actions feature in the Aircall Phone

  • Go to the To-Do section

  • Select a call or multiple calls

  • A dark green action box will slide-up from the bottom and ask you what you would like to do.

From here you can:

  • Select multiple calls from your To-do section and Archive them.

  • Select multiple calls and assign them to another Aircall user.

  • Unselect all.

Please note that when using the bulk action feature within the Android application, you will need to long-press on a call in the To-do list to open the menu to select multiple calls.
