Important: Remember to guide your team to Aircall Workspace. The legacy Aircall Phone app retires in 2026. Learn more from our articles under the Migration to Aircall Workspace section.

As a best practice, logging out of the Aircall Phone application should be regularly performed once you’ve completed your working shift. If you need to stay logged into the Phone application at all times, then we recommend that you refresh your application at the beginning of each day to ensure strong connectivity.

If you’d like to log out of the phone application:

  • Click on your User icon located in the top left corner of the phone. This will open the Settings page

  • Click on your User name in the settings page to go to the Account

  • Scroll to the very bottom of the Account screen, and click Log Out. This will allow you to log out of the Aircall App

⚠️ Please note: After logging out of the Aircall Phone, you will no longer receive calls or notifications until you log back in.
