The Aircall–Voxpay integration allows you to securely process payments over the phone. Agents can complete transactions without accessing sensitive card details, helping your business maintain PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

Before setting up the integration, ensure you:

  • Have Admin rights in both Aircall and Voxpay
  • Are logged into both platforms
  • Have created and configured a Voxpay account by contacting Voxpay

Install the Voxpay integration in Aircall

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
  2. In the search bar type: Voxpay
  3. Click Install integration

Step 1: Authenticate Voxpay

From the pop-up window, log in to your Voxpay admin account to allow Aircall to connect.

Step 2: Authenticate Aircall

  1. In Voxpay, navigate to Configuration > Integration.
  2. Click Link an account under the Aircall option.
  3. A new Aircall page will open. Grant permission to integrate your Voxpay account with Aircall.

Once completed, the Voxpay integration will appear in your Aircall Integrations section.

Step 3: Set up agents and users

To enable Aircall users to process payments through Voxpay, contact support@voxpay.ai for assistance with setup. After your agents are configured, reach out to our Customer Success team to confirm that the Voxpay integration does not add any additional charges to your Aircall account.

Important: You must have the correct agent permissions set up in Voxpay for payment processing to work properly.

Once your integration is active, connect your Aircall number(s) to complete the setup.

Tip: After setup, test the integration by processing a small payment to confirm that transactions are routed correctly.

You are now ready to securely process payments using your Aircall–Voxpay integration.
