Aircall offers a variety of call bundles tailored to different regions and calling needs. These bundles include outbound calling minutes to selected destinations. Some plans also include mobile destinations, while others are limited to landlines.
To add a call bundle or inquire about pricing, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Important: Exclusions from bundles. Calls to premium destinations (special prefixes) and inbound toll-free calls are not included in any call bundle. SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp messages are also excluded.
Note: Caller prefix may affect pricing. The prefix of the number used to place a call can affect whether the call is included in your bundle. For example, if you have the EMEA Light & North America bundle but call a French mobile number using a Brazilian number, the call will be charged separately.
Domestic bundles
Your Domestic Bundle is automatically selected based on your billing address. If your billing address is in the United States, for example, your bundle defaults to NA (US/CA). If your team operates in another region (e.g. Australia), the bundle must be manually updated to reflect that, to do so, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
