The integration is made available to all Aircall customers at no extra cost besides the price of the subscriptions with both products, Bullhorn and Aircall.

Integration Features
Find your contacts on every call
When an inbound or outbound call with an Aircall number is started, the integration will search your Bullhorn contacts and candidates by phone number.
The formats used are the following:
- International format: +1 123 456 7890
- International only digits: +11234567890
- International without country code: 123 456 7890
- International without country code (Only digits): 1234567890
- US Local phone number: +1 123 456-7890 → (123) 456-7890
- UK Local phone number. Example: +44 1256 274690 → 1256 274690
⚠️ Please Note: For UK Landlines, you must add the 1 anyway. The integration won’t
find a contact with number: 0256 274690
The integration will search for the phone in the following contact and candidate fields:
- Phone
- Work Phone
- Mobile
- Phone 2
- Phone 3
Bullhorn data in your Aircall Insights cards
When a new call starts, regardless of the direction, if a contact or candidate is found in bullhorn, the related information will be displayed in the Aircall Insight Cards.
- The information displayed will always include the contact name, email, company name, owner, status, and comments
- There will always be a link to the Bullhorn record
- If it’s a contact, it will also display the Company name and Job Title
- If it’s a candidate it will also display the category
Log Calls in Bullhorn notes
When a call ends, if a contact or candidate is found in Bullhorn a note will be added:
Created By is the Aircall user, if emails match. For calls that do not have an Aircall user such as Inbound missed calls, the integration will assign the person who connected the integration.
Action if Aircall tags have been added to the call before it ended, the integration will use the first tag as action, in other cases the actions will be:
- Inbound Call
- Outbound call
- Left message (for inbound calls that hit the Aircall voicemail)
Comment body will be a note containing:
- Title of the event: Inbound or Outbound Call
- Start, end time and duration
- Aircall user, team, and number if available
- Call tags and comments added by agent, when those are added before ending the call. If they are added after, a separate text section will be added to the same note
- Link to the conversation in Aircall Dashboard (Recording, AI…)
AI Insights
If you are subscribed to the Aircall AI package and the call qualifies for AI generated summaries and key topics, those will be added to the Bullhorn note.
Log SMS in Bullhorn notes
SMS messages are logged in bullhorn when:
- SMS messages are sent or received
- A contact or candidate are found in Bullhorn by phone number
- SMS is enabled in Integration settings
The following information is logged:
Created By is the Aircall user, if emails match. For calls that do not have an Aircall user such as Inbound missed, the integration will assign the person who connected the integration.
Comment body will be a note.
⚠️ Please Note: MMS are not supported, and images won’t be logged.
Logged as Conversations or single notes:
If Log as conversations is enabled, all Aircall SMS sent or received for a contact or candidate will be logged in the same note, in other cases it will log as a new Note.
⚠️ Please Note: If a note has more 10,000 characters a new one will be created.
Log Tags and comments
When a call is commented or tagged, if it has already ended, the integration will add an amendment to the Bullhorn note with the tag or note information as text.

Thanks to Bullhorn native functionality the tool is already configured to open your Aircall Workspace when you click a number on Bullhorn.
1-way contact sync
When a call starts, the integration will add your Bullhorn contacts to Aircall if the following conditions match:
- A contact is found in Bullhorn and that contact is not in Aircall
- Contact sync is enabled in integration settings
Secure setup & Aircall number selection
The integration uses OAuth protocol to securely connect to Aircall and provide easy user experience. If you are logged in and have admin permissions, you can install it in a few clicks.
During the installation flow you will be able to select what Aircall numbers you want to connect to Bullhorn. The integration will log activity for inbound or outbound calls only from those selected numbers.
