This guide will help you install and configure the Aircall integration with Odoo, whether you are using Odoo.sh or an on-premise setup. The Aircall to Odoo integration supports Odoo versions 18, 17, and 16. Because version support can change quickly, always check the Odoo App Store for the most up-to-date information.

The integration works with the following Odoo apps:

  • Contacts
  • CRM
  • HelpDesk
Note: If you are using Odoo Community Edition, you can install the integration with the Contacts and CRM apps, but the HelpDesk app is not supported.

Pricing

The Aircall to Odoo integration is available at no additional cost beyond your subscriptions to Odoo and Aircall.

Important: Odoo may apply extra charges for using Marketplace apps or supporting custom code. However, Aircall provides full support for this integration. If you encounter issues, contact our customer support team.

Installation

Steps: 

  1. Go to the Odoo App Store and search for Aircall, or click here to view available modules.
  2. Select your preferred module and download it.
  3. (If required) Enable Developer Mode in Odoo.
  4. Place the module in the Odoo add-ons folder.
  5. Update the app list:
    • Open your Odoo backend.
    • Go to Apps > Update app list.
  6. Install the module:
    • From Apps, search for the module.
    • Click Install.

Configuration

The integration uses webhooks and API keys. You will need to configure settings in both Aircall and Odoo.

Aircall setup

Create a webhook

  1. In the Aircall Dashboard > Discover integrations.
  2. Scroll to Webhooks (integrations are listed alphabetically).
  3. Click Install.
  4. Name the webhook.
  5. Enter the webhook URL, for example:
    http://www.replace-me-with-your-url.com/aircall/webhook
  6. Enable the following events:
    • Call events: call.created, call.ended, call.commented, call.tagged, call.untagged
    • Contact events: contact.created
    • Message events: message.sent, message.received
    • Conversation Intelligence events: sentiment.created, summary.created, topics.created, transcription.created
  7. Click Add webhook to save.
  8. Copy the generated token. You will use it later in Odoo under the Aircall Integration Token field.

Generate API keys

  1. In the Aircall Dashboard > API Keys.
  2. Click Generate API Key.
  3. Give it a name.
  4. Save both the API ID and API Token securely.
Important: You can only view the API Token once. If you lose it, you will need to generate new keys.

Odoo setup

  1. In your Odoo backend, go to Settings > General Settings > Aircall auth.
  2. Paste the API ID and API Token.
  3. Paste the Aircall Integration Token (from your webhook).
  4. Click Fetch numbers.
    • If your Aircall numbers appear, the integration is successfully connected.
Important: The Odoo integration does not support multi-company Odoo environment.

Uninstalling the integration

To remove the Aircall integration from Odoo:

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Clear any filters.
  3. Search for Aircall.
  4. Click Uninstall on each module.
