Aircall provides flexibility when connecting phone numbers to your integrations, ensuring your business workflows run smoothly. While there’s no strict limit on the number of phone numbers you can connect to a single integration, there are recommendations to ensure optimal performance.
Recommended Limit
We suggest connecting no more than 200 to 250 phone numbers per integration. Staying within this range minimizes potential performance issues and ensures your integration operates efficiently.
What If You Need to Connect More Numbers?
If your setup requires more than 250 numbers, we recommend the following approach:
- Create Additional Integration Connections: Divide your numbers across multiple instances of the integration. For example, if you're using a CRM or Helpdesk tool, set up separate connections for different teams, regions, or business units to distribute the load.
- Evaluate Your Workflow: Identify if grouping numbers into specific integrations aligns better with your organizational processes.
Why This Recommended?
While Aircall does not enforce a hard limit, connecting too many numbers to a single integration may:
- Slow down data synchronization
- Affect real-time updates (e.g., call logs or activity tracking)
- Lead to delays in automated processes triggered by the integration
By adhering to the recommendation, you ensure that your tools remain responsive and effective.
