Some inbound calls will be billed as Toll-free. These calls carry a higher charge because they are directed to prefixes that impose higher rates on callers for certain services.
⚠️ Please note that toll-free calls are not included in Aircall's bundles (you can read more about bundles in our article here).
⚠️ If you're being billed for inbound toll-free calls but don't see a toll-free number in your Aircall dashboard, it could mean the call was transferred to a toll-free number, making it billable.
